MoodInkMe is operated by a sole trader based in Malaysia, who is the data controller for the personal data described in this policy.
MOODINKME STUDIO (SSM 202603257095), Klang, Selangor, Malaysia.
The name you type is used only to render your signature preview and, if you buy, your download. No account or email is required to create or preview a signature. If you check out, Stripe collects your payment details directly — MoodInkMe never sees or stores your card number.
We detect your approximate country from your IP address to show local pricing and currency. This never resolves to a precise location and is not stored against your name or order.
We remember your chosen currency in your browser's local storage so we don't have to re-detect it on every visit. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies are set by MoodInkMe.
The digital business card format is not yet available to purchase. When it launches, any professional details you choose to add — such as a tagline, job info, or links to your social profiles or website — will be used only to render your card and will not be sold or shared with any third party beyond what's needed to deliver the product. This section will be updated with full details before that format goes on sale.
We keep your signature design for as long as your order history is active, plus 30 days after you ask us to delete it, in case you need to recover it. We never hold your payment details — Stripe handles those. Order and support records are kept only as long as needed for accounting and legal obligations.
We share payment data with Stripe (our payment processor) and nothing else with any third party.
Our hosting, storage, and payment infrastructure may run on servers outside your country, including outside the EEA/UK. By using MoodInkMe you understand your data may be processed in those locations.
If you're in Malaysia, the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) gives you the right to access, correct, or withdraw consent to the processing of your personal data. If you're in the EU/UK, the GDPR gives you those same rights plus data portability and the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. To exercise any of these, email [email protected].
