MoodInkMe sells digital signature assets generated from the name and style you choose: an animated email signature, a digital business card, and a phone contact card. These are launching soon and not yet available to purchase.

Downloadable files for your own personal or business use. The animated email signature is free and carries a small "MoodInkMe.com" credit. Digital business cards and phone contact cards are one-time purchases. Hosting a card at a MoodInkMe web address — so its links stay clickable and you can update it after buying — is an optional paid subscription, billed monthly or yearly until you cancel. Files you have already downloaded remain yours to keep whether or not you subscribe. Bespoke design commissions are paid by invoice, with the finished files released once that invoice is settled — see the Refund policy for what happens if hosting for a bespoke design stops.
Buying a signature gives you a personal and commercial licence to use the downloaded file — in emails, documents, on your website, and on social media. You may modify the file after download (crop, resize, etc.), but you may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute the file itself. MoodInkMe retains ownership of the underlying design templates, presets, and the service that generates your file.
A MoodInkMe signature is a decorative, visual representation of your name. It is not a legally binding electronic signature and should not be used in place of one (e.g. for contracts requiring e-signature compliance such as eIDAS or ESIGN).
Your signature files are digital content delivered immediately after payment, not shipped goods. Under EU/UK consumer law you'd normally have a 14-day right to cancel a purchase before it's fulfilled; by ticking the instant-delivery acknowledgement at checkout, you ask us to begin delivery right away and accept that this ends that cancellation right once the files are available to you.
Payments are processed by Stripe. MoodInkMe never receives or stores your card details.
MoodInkMe is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid for the purchase in question. This doesn't limit any right that can't be waived under the consumer-protection law of your country of residence.
Don't use MoodInkMe to generate a signature that impersonates someone else without their consent, infringes anyone's trademark or copyright, or is used for any unlawful purpose. If you believe a MoodInkMe signature is being used to impersonate you or infringe your rights, email [email protected] with a description and any evidence — we aim to review reports within 7–10 business days and may remove the signature or suspend the account involved.
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and you and MoodInkMe both submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia. This doesn't take away any consumer-protection right that can't be waived under the law of the country where you live.
